Job Title: Multi‑Family Commercial Roofing Sales Rep

Pay (Hourly or Annual Salary)

Competitive, performance‑based pay starting at $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across Illinois and Iowa within the multi-family and commercial roofing markets through proactive B2B outreach.

  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and commercial stakeholders through door-to-door introductions, networking, and multimedia engagement.

  • Conduct on-site property inspections to assess roofing needs and identify potential project opportunities.

  • Own the full client relationship lifecycle, including consistent communication, expectation setting, and guiding clients through decision-making processes.

  • Represent the company at adjuster meetings, board presentations, inspections, and key client appointments with professionalism and expertise.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and a high-quality customer experience from sale through completion.

  • Develop and present tailored roofing solutions that address client needs and drive revenue growth.

  • Maintain a high level of daily activity focused on prospecting, relationship building, solution presentation, and closing new business.

Skills and Abilities

  • A reliable personal vehicle.

  • Basic math and computer competency.

  • Full lifecycle B2B sales experience.

  • A drone license or willingness to obtain one.

Education and/or Experience

  • 18+ years of age.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Good driving record.

  • Commercial or multi‑family roofing experience.

  • Experience with large‑scale flat roofing systems.

Work Environment

  • You'll dispatch from home daily and do not need to report to a central office. Primary territory is Illinois and Iowa, with potential travel to other company locations. Travel beyond 1 hour outside the Chicago Metro is reimbursed!
