Plymouth, MN
Work Hours (Shift)
Winter: M-F 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-3pm
Summer: M-F 11am-7pm, Saturday 9am-2pm
Pay (Hourly or Annual Salary)
$46,800 + commission
Responsibilities
Canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
Engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation.
Schedule appointments for our closing sales representatives, serving as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer experience.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch.
Education and/or Experience
18+ years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Good driving record.
Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
Work Environment
This role involves both office-based work and field visits to client sites as needed. The Outside Pre-Sales Representative may need to travel regularly and work flexible hours to meet client and business demands.
