Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales representatives, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, a strong background in the construction or restoration industry, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

M-F 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-12pm
Pay (Hourly or Annual Salary)
$100k + commission
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and target markets to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and monitor performance against targets.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure success.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and create development plans to help team members achieve their potential.
Provide ongoing coaching to improve sales techniques, customer engagement, and overall performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and address performance gaps.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and project management teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall company objectives.
Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns and materials to support sales initiatives.
Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education and/or Experience
Highschool diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. o Experience in the construction, restoration, or related industry is highly preferred.
Work Environment
This role involves both office-based work and field visits to client sites as needed. The Sales Manager may need to travel regularly and work flexible hours to meet client and business demands.
