Job Title: Sales Representative

We're hiring multiple entry-level representatives to join our Little Rock, AR team and help attract new customers to our business.

Little Rock, Arkansas
Work Hours (Shift)
M-F 10am-7pm, Saturday 9am-2pm
Pay (Hourly or Annual Salary)
$65k - $75k + commission
Responsibilities
Canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
Engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation.
Explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book our services.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
Education and/or Experience
18+ years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Good driving record.
Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
Work Environment
This role involves both office-based work and field visits to client sites as needed. The Sales Representative may need to travel regularly and work flexible hours to meet client and business demands.
