Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

We're hiring multiple entry-level representatives to join our Tennessee teams and help attract new customers to our business. 

Location
Tennessee (Memphis, Nashville, Jackson)

Work Hours (Shift)
M-F 10am-7pm, Saturday 9am-2pm

Pay (Hourly or Annual Salary)

$65 - $75k + commission

Responsibilities

  • Canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.

  • Engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation.

  • Explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book our services. 

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools. 

  • Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.

Education and/or Experience

  • 18+ years of age.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Good driving record.

  • Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.

Work Environment

  • This role involves both office-based work and field visits to client sites as needed. The Sales Representative may need to travel regularly and work flexible hours to meet client and business demands.
